Gemma Ludbrook

I am the Manager/Owner of The Warren. I have worked at the pre-school for over 12 years. I started working here to do my level 2 voluntarily, then went on to level 3. I have been a supervisor for breakfast/after school club and also a play leader. I am SENCO trained. I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years, which led me to becoming a manager, which then led me to taking over the running of the pre-school over. I love my job, caring not just for the children, but for my staff and the parents too.
