Bianca Ruberto

In 2015 I started working as a crèche worker for a small charity, a year later I became a crèche leader.
While I was working here I studied Level 2 & Level 3 childcare.
After qualifying I wanted to improve myself by applying to work in a preschool, two years ago I did just that and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I love my job, it’s just the best seeing children develop and flourish gives me a great sense of pride.
