Gemma Ludbrook

I am the Manager/Owner of the Warren Childcare Centre Ltd. i have worked at the pre-school for over 12 years. I started working here to do my level 2 voluntarily,then went on to level 3. I have been a supervisor for breakfast/after school club and also a play leader, I have also had SENCO training too. I also did my Foundation Degree in Early Years, which led me to becoming a manager. which is why i took the pre-school over. It is quite close to me, as myself and my sister came here when we were children. Now my daughter comes here too. I love my job, caring not just for the children, but for my staff and the parents too.
